      Blue Sky Drinks Co. is being formed through the combination of Gravity Drinks and the brand portfolio of Top Shelf International Holding Ltd - including NED Australian Whisky, Grainshaker Vodka, and Act of Treason Agave (under an exclusive licence) The new group will bring these brands together under a single, well-capitalised Australian drinks company with strong leadership and a clear plan for growth.

      The transaction documentation is well advanced, and the parties are working closely toward completion in the coming days. Formal completion is expected within the next four weeks as part of the proposed deed of company arrangement in respect of the business and assets of Top Shelf International Holdings Limited (Administrators Appointed). Until completion, all brands continue to operate as usual with no change to supply, customer service, or points of contact.

      Production will continue in partnership with IDL, managing whisky assets from the Somerton, Melbourne site. This ensures continuity of quality and supply across the full portfolio.

      No disruption is expected. Existing customers can continue ordering through normal channels. Blue Sky Drinks Co. will maintain strong national distribution with Endeavour Group, Coles Liquor, and independent retailers via Inspired Drinks, Gravity’s distribution arm.
